oh why hello there

I look forward to waking up every morning lately because I make a little coffee and then start making my newest obsession – baked eggs!  I looked up a ton of recipes but I just started tossing some ingredients that I had readily available into the dish and bam it’s the most delightful meal and I am not a breakfast person at all … usually I like chicken noodle soup or possibly spaghetti in the am.

2 eggs| handful of sliced tomatoes | handful of spinach | sliced turkey ( if extra hungry!) | goat cheese | salt n peppa |

what I did: sautéed the spinach and tomato in olive oil  & then tossed in all the ingredients cooked 12-15 min at 450

  1. Sounds wonderful! Have you tried Stauffer’s creamed spinach, cheese, egg, cheese, baked?
